I'm a designer, artist, and photographer known for my bold approach to design and pattern. I love the creative process and storytelling through the reuse of materials that might otherwise be considered as waste.

The running and management of my design company over the last 25 years has involved, pitching for competitions and projects, designing and producing products, selling and licensing globally, and creating exhibition stands in the UK, Europe, Japan, and the USA. Over this time, I have worked with a distinguished roster of British and international brands, retailers, institutions, and manufacturers. Notable clients include Paloma Picasso, Tate, The Royal Society of Arts, The V&A, Habitat, John Lewis, Portmeirion, Twentytwentyone, SCP, Camira, and The Yorkshire Sculpture Park.

I was a designer in residence during the Great Recovery Project, an initiative run by the Royal Society of Arts (RSA).

I regularly run participatory projects, educating citizens about the principles of the circular economy, through live reuse and repair demonstrations and workshops.

I have undertaken various commissions for the NHS Trust, enabling me to fuse my creativity with my practicality and knowledge of processes and manufacturers to award-winning results. My solo show and documentary on material circularity and transparency, 'Sheep to Seat, Fleece to Floor, was held at Yorkshire Sculpture Park in the summer of 2019.

I seek collaborations with forward-thinking architects and designers interested in regenerative design, material narratives, hopeful activism, experimentation, and play.
